As t\u00e9cnicas mais comuns de chapas met\u00e1licas s\u00e3o o corte a laser e a jato de \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<h3><em>O que \u00e9 corte a laser?<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>O corte a laser \u00e9 um processo t\u00e9rmico que utiliza um feixe de luz de alta pot\u00eancia (ou seja, um cortador a laser), que derrete os materiais. O corte a laser \u00e9 eficiente na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de chapas met\u00e1licas industriais precisas e tem baixo consumo de energia, embora possa ter dificuldades para penetrar em chapas met\u00e1licas mais grossas ou de pequena espessura.<\/p>\n<div id=\"col-1590347790\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\">\n<div class=\"col-inner\">\n<div id=\"image_517278051\" class=\"img has-hover x md-x lg-x y md-y lg-y\">\n<div class=\"img-inner dark\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>M\u00e1quina de corte a laser em funcionamento<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"col-2070413522\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\">\n<div class=\"col-inner\">\n<h3><em>O que \u00e9 corte a jato de \u00e1gua?<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>O corte por jato de \u00e1gua usa um jato de \u00e1gua de alta press\u00e3o ejetado de um bico min\u00fasculo como cortador. A \u00e1gua pode ser misturada com abrasivos para aumentar a capacidade de corte e a precis\u00e3o com uma toler\u00e2ncia de +\/-0,2 mm. Ele n\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e9 capaz de cortar, mas tamb\u00e9m de gravar marcas de montagem em chapas met\u00e1licas. No setor de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de chapas met\u00e1licas, a fenda de corte m\u00ednima do corte a laser \u00e9 de aproximadamente 0,1 mm, enquanto a do corte a jato de \u00e1gua \u00e9 de 0,5 mm.<\/p>\n<p>O corte a jato de \u00e1gua \u00e9 mais eficiente na usinagem de desbaste, cortando chapas grossas, enquanto o corte a laser \u00e9 uma usinagem mais precisa. O corte a jato de \u00e1gua permite o corte de chapas met\u00e1licas mais espessas de at\u00e9 25 a 30 cm, enquanto o corte a laser s\u00f3 permite espessuras muito menores.
