Les techniques de t\u00f4lerie les plus courantes sont la d\u00e9coupe au laser et la d\u00e9coupe au jet d'eau.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Qu'est-ce que la d\u00e9coupe laser ?<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>La d\u00e9coupe laser est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 thermique qui utilise un faisceau lumineux de forte puissance (c'est-\u00e0-dire un d\u00e9coupeur laser), qui fait fondre les mat\u00e9riaux. L'eau peut \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 des abrasifs pour am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 de coupe et la pr\u00e9cision avec une tol\u00e9rance de +\/-0,2 mm. La d\u00e9coupe au jet d'eau est possible pour les t\u00f4les \u00e9paisses et \u00e0 faible point de fusion, car elle ne g\u00e9n\u00e8re pas de chaleur qui ferait fondre la t\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<h3><em>D\u00e9coupe laser et d\u00e9coupe au jet d'eau<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>La d\u00e9coupe au laser est cinq fois plus pr\u00e9cise que la d\u00e9coupe au jet d'eau. Elle permet non seulement de d\u00e9couper, mais aussi de graver des marques d'assemblage sur la t\u00f4le. Dans l'industrie de la fabrication de t\u00f4les, la fente minimale de d\u00e9coupe au laser est d'environ 0,1 mm, alors que la d\u00e9coupe au jet d'eau est de 0,5 mm.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9coupe au jet d'eau est plus efficace pour l'usinage grossier et la d\u00e9coupe de t\u00f4les \u00e9paisses, tandis que la d\u00e9coupe au laser est plus pr\u00e9cise. La d\u00e9coupe au jet d'eau permet de d\u00e9couper des t\u00f4les plus \u00e9paisses, jusqu'\u00e0 25-30 cm, alors que la d\u00e9coupe au laser ne permet de d\u00e9couper que des \u00e9paisseurs beaucoup plus faibles.
